360° VIRTUAL TOURS
All of our virtual tours include the following features. We will work with you to create a custom tour to suit your particular needs.
Interior/Exterior Scans
After making your appointment, one of our photographers will arrive at location and do a series of scans of your property, both indoor and outdoor, to create a full digital space.
Interactive Buttons
Per request we can include interactive tags within the tour. These are windows that can pop up anywhere in the digital space allowing you to draw attention to a particular feature
Cloud Hosting
We host your virtual tour on our platform giving you the ability to either share the link or to embed the tour on your website. As the tour takes up space on our servers it requires a monthly surcharge to maintain.
On-Site Visit
We will send one of our virtual tour experts to your location to take all the necessary scans of your property.
VR Compatability
We host your virtual tour on our platform giving you the ability to either share the link or to embed the tour on your website. The hosting is included in the price for one year after you receive your tour.
Tour Analytics
Keep track of how many times each day your published tour has been viewed and from which sources.
Integrated Location
Our tours feature a link to Google Maps with the location of your property so your customers can easily find you.

Besides our standard package of services listed above, we also offer the following for an additional fee:
Floor Plans
Floor plans of your property integrated into the virtual tour for a clean overall view and easy navigation.
Drone Photography
To take your property listing to the next level, we offer stunning drone photography and video footage. Give your customers a bird’s eye view of your house that will blow them away.
Maintenance
We offer ongoing maintenance of your virtual tour in several tiers. The first tier allows changes to information inside the tour and the second tier allows for reshooting of certain sections of the tour.
THE PROCESS
HOW DOES IT WORK?

Contact.
Contact us through our website, email, Instagram or via phone number.

Provide us with some basic information about your property, such as location and approximate size.
With this information we will make an appointment.

Visit.
At the time of the appointment, one of our virtual tour experts will arrive at location and scan the property in detail.

The space should be clean and orderly. Remember! The way a space looks in person is the way it will look in the digital space.

Editing.
Once we have our scans, our team will edit the photo and create the virtual tour using our specialized software.
This can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Delivery.
When the tour is completed, we will send you the links and embed codes for the virtual tour so that you can easily implement it into your website or share it directly to your social media.
